First Presbyterian Church provides Sunday morning Church School classes for all ages. There is a Pre-K class for ages 3, 4, and 5 as well as classes for grades K-4, 5-8 and High School. All classes begin at 9:30 a.m. in the marked classrooms at the south end of the building.

Vacation Bible School is a summer extension of our Church School program. VBS is usually held in the early evening sometime in late June or early July on a Sunday through Thursday. Check with the church office for this year’s schedule.

 

There are two Youth Fellowship programs, one for Middle School age students and one for High School students. Members take part in a variety of fun, educational, and service activities. Meetings generally take place on Sunday afternoon/evening with some gatherings on other nights for “special events. The fellowships are open to anyone who wants to participate whether they are members of the church or not. Please check the CALENDAR for upcoming dates and activities.

We sponsor the Thursday Lunch Bunch, a noon meal and fellowship for high school students every Thursday during the school year in the Family Life Center of First Presbyterian. The cost is $2.00 for home-cooked food prepared by church volunteers.

 

Wednesday Night Live is our mid-week program for all ages – youth through adult. Youth activities begin at 5:00 will Bells of Praise practice, supper at 6:00 and continue with bible enrichment at 6:15. Adult activities include supper at 6:00 with a Family Time game following with a Bible Study at 6:15. You should all come and join our stalwart Kitchen Crew in one of the best programs around.
